How to convert CHF to EUR
To convert Swiss Francs to Euros, multiply the amount by the current exchange rate. On 11 August 2026 that rate is 1.0689, so:
EUR = CHF × 1.0689
Backwards works identically — divide by 1.0689, or multiply by 0.935525. One Euro comes to 0.935525 Swiss Francs.

About the Swiss Franc and the Euro
The Swiss Franc (CHF, symbol CHF) is the currency of Switzerland. The Euro (EUR, symbol €) is the currency of the eurozone.

A price tag. Something marked CHF50 comes to 53.4459 EUR. Round to 53 EUR for a quick mental check while you are standing in the shop.
A monthly salary. CHF3,000 a month is 3206.75 EUR — useful when you are comparing a job offer across the two markets. Bear in mind the rate moves, so a figure agreed today will not be the figure paid out in six months.
Going the other way. If you are holding €1,000 and want to know what it buys in Swiss Francs, that is 935.53 CHF. The converter handles both directions — use the swap button between the two fields.
Watch the margin. At a bureau charging 3%, your CHF500 would fetch roughly 518.43 EUR instead of 534.46 EUR. That gap is what the mid-market rate on this page lets you spot.
